After retiring from government service, Perla remained committed to public service by joining a non-profit housing program, where she continues to contribute her knowledge in governance, housing, and financial planning. Her legacy is one of integrity, compassion, and unwavering dedication to empowering communities through education, housing, and sound financial stewardship.
